My professional journey has been built within companies, dealing with real decisions, complex scenarios, and challenges that don't appear in textbooks. Over the years, I have worked directly in the organization, restructuring, and strategic direction of businesses in different segments, always focusing on structure, clarity, and sustainability.
My work today is the result of this practical experience combined with a solid background in management, processes, and leadership.
A career path built in the real world of management.
I began my professional career in 2008, working for large companies such as Gafisa and Grupo Silvio Santos, where I had direct contact with structured corporate environments, goals, indicators, and formal management processes.
Next, I moved into the world of business consulting, initially working with standards, processes, and strategic management. In 2013, I co-founded Full Time Business Consulting and Human Resources Management, where I deepened my expertise in organizational diagnosis, process structuring, financial management, and direct support to business owners.
In 2016, I experienced entrepreneurship firsthand by founding Curefarma, a drugstore and perfumery. This experience broadened my perspective on the reality of being an entrepreneur, the risks involved in the business, the operational overload, and the importance of well-structured decisions.
Starting in 2018, I returned to strategic consulting, focusing on restructuring, turnaround, and expansion of companies, working directly with entrepreneurs and executives to this day.
